During the summer, the trees along a section of our road create a leafy tunnel. On a slightly foggy morning, I glanced in my rearview mirror as I crested the hill and noticed the sun had cleared the treetops, and its rays were starting to filter through the fog and the tree canopy, illuminating a neighbor’s mailbox. I pulled over in a safe place, got out of the car, and took a quick photo with my small point-and-shoot camera.
